GConciliation It allows checking the concordance between the planned geotechnical design and the achieved design.
Software GConciliation
Input data: Planned Topography versus Actual Topography
New work platform, the interface is user-friendly
Location of equipment, events, peaks, database, analysis, etc
Easy choice of profiles (imported or automatic)
Tolerance and weighting parameters adjustable according to the practices of each mine, to calculate Design factor (Fd)
Final result in graph of fulfillment
Separate reports of global and platform profiles
DRILLING AND BLASTING
Blast modules
Generate profiles that pass through the buffer or production holes in order to establish the direct relationship between the explosive charge of the holes and the final geometric conformation of the slope (toe-crest).
Toe Blast Calculation
The profile is generated by crossing the row of holes located in the analysis bench, whose projection is close to the design toe line. It might be the first buffer line.
Crest Blast Calculation
The profile is generated by crossing the row of holes located in the upper bench, whose projection is close to the design crest line, which may be the second buffer or first production line of the upper bench.
Binary calculation
With the same calculation methodology of version 2.3, the user will assign a tolerance range +/- to the parameters with their respective weighting. The profile will only get the assigned weight if it is within the tolerance range, otherwise it will get a weight of 0%.
Restrictive calculation
New calculation proposal. The weight assigned to each parameter will be valued in its entirety, as long as the variation between the design and the real is “0”. Otherwise, the weighting will be reduced to greater variation within the assigned tolerance range. Outside the tolerance range, the weighting will be 0%.
Median calculation
It has the same criteria as Binary Calculus. In this option, an extra tolerance is assigned that is “x” times proportional to the initial tolerance. However, the weighting value will be proportionally reduced to the limits of the extra tolerance. If limits are exceeded, a 0% weighting will be obtained.
Editable Condition Factor
The user will be able to keep the parameters of the traditional condition factor, or they will be able to create another condition factor with the parameters that they consider and adjust to the reality of their operation. The user will be able to assign the corresponding weighting to each parameter.
Volume Calculation – Over Digging and Debt
The new version gives the possibility of calculating the volume of over-excavation and debt that could be presented in the different analysis profiles, which is shown in table and graph form. It can be grouped by spots or by windows.
